Position Overview We are seeking a manager or senior manager-level candidate with a strong foundation in financial and taxation concepts relevant to businesses and individuals. This role is essential to our team’s subject matter due diligence, research, financial analysis, and meeting client deadlines. Key Responsibilities Provided due diligence, subject-matter background analysis, and financial analysis based on scope of each assigned engagement Can independently analyze various types of tax returns (e.g., corporate, trust, and individual) and business financial statements. Ability to analyze complex compensation issues, K-1 income, and tax issues relevant to high net worth and high earners. Engage in meeting planning, preparation, and participation with attorney-clients and other stakeholders Diligently research companies, markets, industries and economies relevant to each assigned engagement Prepare memorandums, reports, and presentations relevant to each assigned engagement Independently consider and determine proper analysis parameters and execution to support credible opinions/conclusions of our independent experts Qualifications 5+ years of experience CPA, valuation, or forensic credentials preferred A plus: MST and/or trained tax background. Strong management skills (time/self-management and developing team management skills) Exceptional analytical and research skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset. Significant client-facing experience preferred. Why Join Strive Partners? Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the noted geographic area. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
