Clerical Support
We are looking for part time (28 hours per week) clerical support in our Kittanning and Leechburg locations. This is a Monday-Friday position which would include some evenings. Hourly Rate is $16 per hour before 5pm, $21 after 5pm. E.O.E.
Requirements:
- Greet consumers; check in and schedule
- Maintaining filing systems
- Scan, faxing, and emailing documents
- Answer and routing phone calls
- Maintaining high level of confidentiality
- Verify insurance and collect payments
- Utilize and be proficient with electronic health records
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Be proficient with MS office suite
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
