Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), youll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. Every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and create unforgettable moments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Follow personalized care plans and support strategies.
- Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities.
- Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
