Procurement CoordinatorThe Procurement Coordinator will provide administrative, document control, contract administration, reporting, and coordination support for the procurement organization and procurement projects. This role will work closely with internal project teams, procurement, construction management, suppliers, subcontractors, and external clients to maintain accurate records, support procurement project controls processes, coordinate contract and compliance documentation, and help ensure procurement projects are executed with consistency, organization, and attention to quality.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for procurement projects, including project setup, reporting, meeting coordination, action item tracking, and maintenance of project records.Maintain document control processes for procurement projects, including submittal tracking, electronic turnover package management, controlled document organization, and version accuracy.Support project controls and reporting activities, including resource planning updates, project status reports, procurement logs, contract trackers, and other project performance documentation.Assist with contract administration, including NDA coordination, certificate of insurance tracking, performance bond management, contract file organization, and compliance documentation.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support supplier and subcontractor pre-qualification, onboarding documentation, and procurement-related project administration.Support purchase order, bidding, and buy-out administration by maintaining accurate records, routing information, and coordinating required documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process mapping, template standardization, workflow documentation, and project administration best practices.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.Up to three years of experience supporting capital projects, construction administration, project controls, procurement, or document control in a construction, engineering, design services, life sciences, or other regulated industry environment.Additional QualificationsExperience with project administration systems, electronic RFP tools, purchase order management, document control platforms, and reporting tools is preferred; D365, Building Connected, or similar systems experience is a plus.Preferred experience supporting capital projects in life sciences, food and beverage, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, track action items, and maintain accurate project information.Strong Excel, analytical, data entry, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to build effective working relationships with internal project teams, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and external clients.Possess a passion for quality, compliance, process discipline, and proactive risk identification.SkillsProcurement or Capital project administration and coordinationDocument control, records management, and turnover package supportContract administration, compliance tracking, and supplier documentationProject reporting, resource tracking, and data accuracyExcel, project administration tools, procurement systems, and collaboration platformsCommunication, follow-up, organization, and stakeholder coordinationAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
