Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility (CCC or CFY welcome)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and K-12 school populations
• Background in healthcare, teletherapy, and educational SLP settings a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Proficiency working with diverse student populations and learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through high school
• Develop and deliver individualized IEP-based therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to optimize student outcomes
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and provide guidance on strategies to support students in the classroom
• Utilize in-person and teletherapy platforms to deliver services
• Support students across the district, adapting to varied caseloads and school environments
