We sell our fine cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers throughout the USA and Canada. Schedule & Pay 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:15 PM - 1:30 AM ; Friday OT required as needed

Job Summary The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and performing production activities in their respective departments while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are being met. Job Duties Participates in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees in their respective departments. Directs the work efforts of employees in their respective departments. Assists in Performance Reviews and identifies the need for performance management of employees in their respective department. Tracks and assists in write-up process for employee’s attendance in their respective departments. Provides backup for their department’s Manager in instances including attending meetings, acting as a decision maker, and reviewing UKG and time sheets, as directed. Performs job interviews for positions within their department.
