Senior Manager, Total Rewards Analytics & Insights
CSL is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Analytics & Insights to lead advanced analytics supporting global compensation and benefits strategies. You will design and manage data models, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate pay equity, market competitiveness, and incentive effectiveness. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights, guide total rewards design, and support annual cycles. Drive data governance, mentor analysts, and champion evidence based decisions in a patient focused, science driven, and highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for global compensation and benefits programs
- Develop data models, dashboards, and standardized reporting for total rewards
- Analyze pay equity, market competitiveness, and incentive effectiveness
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to inform rewards strategy
- Support annual compensation and benefits planning cycles with data insights
- Establish data governance, quality standards, and documentation for rewards data
- Translate complex workforce analytics into clear recommendations for leaders
- Manage and mentor analysts supporting total rewards analytics
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT on tools and systems enabling analytics
- Monitor external market trends and benchmarks in total rewards analytics
Required Skills
