RN - Registered Nurse (Weekend Supervisor)

Now Hiring: RN Weekend Supervisor

Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position offers flexibility to fit your schedule:

1. Work every other weekend only
2. Work every other weekend plus some additional weekday shifts

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations
2. Support and mentor nurses and CNAs
3. Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
4. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
5. Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed

Qualifications:

1. Current Alabama RN license
2. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
3. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
4. Strong clinical and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
