You are detail‑oriented, self‑starter and enjoy working on a multitude of different tasks that you will own and report on effectively. Responsibilities: Manage filing and organizing of paperwork for ZMANA and other small business entities. Work closely with the CEO to manage their personal LLCs, organize paperwork, and set up shared drives where data is stored (Google Drive). Assist the CEO in managing vendors and help create reports for building utilities and suppliers, showing relevant information such as billing, licensing, usage. Use QuickBooks Online and Salesforce. Track marketing projects, inventory, and assess future needs for computer hardware, software, and general office supplies. Assist the CEO with management of a newly formed 501(c)(3) organization created to help families on the island. Knowledge and Skills: Must possess a positive, energetic attitude. Must be detail‑oriented and highly organized. Must have a strong knowledge of computers (Macs), business applications, and cloud‑based systems. Knowledge of Salesforce is a huge plus. Must have experience with QuickBooks Online, Google or MS tools (Office Suite, Gmail, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills. Applicants should be able to adjust to a changing environment and communicate professionally with customers. This job involves working in an office environment with flexibility on times of day. Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience. 3 to 5 years minimum of relevant job experience. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing technology.
