You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Event and Venue Operations teams to keep shows and events running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and strike — moving furniture, staging, signage, décor, and other event equipment. Support front‑of‑house operations including ticket scanning, line management, and guest assistance. Provide hands‑on support to the Event, Venue Operations, and Facilities Teams during events as directed. Monitor spaces for cleanliness, safety, and accessibility, reporting any issues to supervisors. Work collaboratively with staff, vendors, and artists to ensure smooth event flow. Communicate clearly via radio and in person; stay calm and solutions‑focused under pressure. Represent Cannonball Arts with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect for our community and culture. Qualifications Previous experience in live events, hospitality, venues, or production preferred. Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset. Must be motivated, dependable, and able to follow directions. Understanding of event production flow and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
