Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CT State Physical Therapy license
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• 2 years experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Experience with orthopedic surgery, chronic & acute musculoskeletal skeletal conditions, and neuro

• Shift hours: 08:00 AM - 06:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday - Thursday
