Job Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Ability to administer medications (IV certification as required)
- Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
- A positive, can-do attitude and passion for resident care
