Fully Remote - Senior Financial Systems Administrator
We’re working with a leading client seeking a hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Financial Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between Finance and IT. This individual-contributor role focuses on supporting Oracle Financials, troubleshooting production issues, improving business processes, and partnering closely with Finance users and technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Financials , including: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing
- Troubleshoot production and application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Gather business requirements and translate Finance needs into clear technical requirements.
- Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate data, support reporting, and perform reconciliations.
- Support month-end close and critical financial processes.
- Support audit requests and provide appropriate audit evidence.
- Serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT to ensure business issues are clearly understood and resolved.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 / Oracle E-Business Suite R12 .
- Direct functional support experience with AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing .
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and validate Oracle data.
- Experience with production/application support and month-end finance processes.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills..
- Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours .
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 – $145,000 annually . Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
