Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help them run a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their assigned Departments achieve their goals. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated locations.
