Trainees (m/f/x)

During your training to become paralegals and notary clerks, you will go through various rotations, such as registry, foreclosure and insolvency, reception, secretariat, notaryship and accounting. As a part of our team, you will learn to draft briefs and contracts from dictation, independently maintain client-related correspondence, create, administer and structure new files as well as generate cost accounting and monitor deadlines and terms. You will always have a contact who will teach you the ropes, supervise you and be available to answer your questions. After completing training, you will be able to continue studying towards a diploma as a law clerk thanks to your two years of professional experience. You will be intensively trained in subjects such as office organization, cost and fee laws, human resources and foreclosure and will be able to use the skills you learn in the law office setting. The training to become a notary clerk is multifaceted. You will gain knowledge of land, corporate, family, inheritance, foreclosure and international civil law. After you have learned office organization at the practice, you will gain familiarization with the respective fields of law and will be increasingly trained in drafting and processing notarial documents. The objective of the training is to enable you to assist notaries in carrying out their official business while independently drafting and discussing simple documents with clients, as well as processing all types of documents that are specialist in the notary’s office, including correspondence with courts, other government agencies and clients. After gaining two years of experience working at the notary’s office and participating in various professional seminars, you will be free to pursue an education to become a notary’s assistant. As a notary’s assistant, you will be entrusted with discussing, preparing and processing complex documents. You will also look after some clients independently. After two additional years of professional experience, you will be able to pursue training as a specialized notary. As a notary’s assistant, you will generally assume independent organizational and professional management of a notary’s office, including supervising the staff.
