Customer Service Rep

We are seeking reliable team members who excel in customer service, store operations (opening/closing), and maintaining high energy on the floor. (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred.   We are also looking to identify one Lead Associate with prior retail management or supervisory experience to take ownership of store operations after our Spain leadership team departs. Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail associate experience required. Prior supervisory or retail management experience required for the Lead Role.
• Maturity & Reliability: Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently (Must be 25+).
• Language Skills: Spanish fluency strongly preferred (written and spoken).
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the specific schedule profile assigned, including weekends, onboarding week shifts, and peak holiday availability.
• Location: Must have reliable access to public transit to SoHo, NYC.

Schedule & Hours Breakdown

All candidates will transition to a fixed 24-hour/week schedule (six 4-hour shifts) starting September 14th, but must have full availability for initial onboarding:

• Week 1 (Onboarding Part 1): Sept 3 – Sept 5 (Thu–Sat) | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (24 hrs)
• Week 2 (Onboarding Part 2): Sept 11 – Sept 13 (Fri–Sun) | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (24 hrs)
• Week 3 Onward (Regular Schedule):
  • Morning Shifts: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    
    
  • Afternoon Shifts: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    
    
  • Note: Each profile works 6 days/week (4 hrs/day) with 1 fixed day off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-traffic retail environment.

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the shop floor organized.

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the ethos and energy of Nude Project.
