Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney with two to five years of experience in Boston, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on sophisticated matters within a thriving business practice group. Duties Provide guidance and solutions to clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and general corporate needs. Negotiate and draft corporate documents, including acquisition, employment, and confidentiality agreements. Structure and implement equity compensation, bonus, and deferred compensation plans. Requirements Two or more years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or contract negotiations. Excellent communication skills for engaging and conveying complex matters effectively. Strong work ethic, practice management and interpersonal skills. Motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced, collegial environment. Large firm experience is a plus but not required. Education Juris Doctorate or LLM Certifications Admitted to Massachusetts Bar Skills Proficiency in corporate document drafting and negotiation.
