Diverse Staffing is hiring Insulation Installers in Indianapolis, IN. This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity paying $20/hr with overtime paid at $30/hr. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with possible Saturday work based on workload. This job is best for candidates who are comfortable with physical work, hot attics, tight spaces, and residential job sites.

Job Duties

Install attic insulation in residential homes.
Complete prep work before insulation is blown into attic spaces.
Learn to operate and maintain insulation equipment, including the hopper.
Move materials, tools, and equipment safely during each job.
Communicate professionally with homeowners while working in their homes.
Follow quality, safety, efficiency, and cleanup expectations on each job.

Must-Have Requirements

Comfortable working in hot conditions, attics, and tight spaces.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Able to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
Available for possible Saturday work based on workload.
Strong communication skills for working around homeowners.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Work Environment

This position involves residential attic work. Candidates should expect hot conditions, tight spaces, bending, kneeling, lifting, and physical movement throughout the shift. PPE requirements should be confirmed by the branch before posting.
