Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Managers may also lead Departments, handling systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer experience, that sales promotions are executed effectively, that all service staff are trained in procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe, and fast food, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and ensures crew motivation and recognition throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
