Physician - Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide interventional cardiology coverage at a Cardiovascular Institute setting
• Support staff includes APP and 2 physicians in group
• Manage an average caseload of 13 patients per day, including 4-5 procedures per day and 3-4 consults
• Patient population primarily ages 55 and older
• Responsibilities include all hospital work, floor consults, and incoming STEMI management
• TEEs and ECHOs required
• STEMI skills required
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients preferred
• EMR system: Cerner
• Practice setting: Hospital (99 beds)
• Board Certification required
• Active AZ License required (IMLC only)
• DEA required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
