Associate Facilities - Housekeeping

Associate Facilities - Housekeeping Family Church Network Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible to support the overall cleanliness and logistic needs of the network church buildings. Reports to: Regional Facilities Manager Prerequisites:

- Must have general maintenance experience - required.
- Valid driver's license and insurability preferred.
- Maintain a servant's heart and team builder's spirit.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a stressful work environment.
- Maintain cooperative spirit assisting others when needed or requested.
- Work a flexible schedule, which includes after hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate stewardship of church resources including supplies, equipment, intellectual property, etc.
- Understand and adhere to procedural guidelines and policies.
- Support Operations and Maintenance teams as needed .
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- As assigned - perform to completion:
- Regular daily cleaning checklists
- School set-up checklists
- Sunday morning checklists
- Building opening/closing checklists
- Pre/Post Event checklists
