Job Overview: Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirements: Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement. Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency. Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.

What your background should look like: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $21.00/Hour + 15% Shift Differential = $24.15/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
