Position Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a dedicated Baker to prepare fresh bagels and maintain our quality standards from early morning until store closing. The role involves setting up the baker’s area, ensuring product readiness for each shift, and delivering excellent guest service. Responsibilities Arrive early (as early as 3AM) to begin bagel preparation and kitchen setup. Stock the bagel wall and pastry case, ensuring fresh products are available throughout the shift. Assist with guest service by taking orders, assembling sandwiches, and handling food and beverage requests. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production and service goals. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible availability, including early hours (as early as 3AM) and weekends, as business demands. Passes required background checks in accordance with local, state, and federal law. Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license is preferred (specific to certain locations).
