ServiceMASTER, a leader in the disaster restoration services, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with commercial construction. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability for the SRM Division through effective project management.We offer company provided vehicle and cell phone, out of town pay premium, competitive compensation and benefit packages! Come join our team today!DUTIESMust be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of timeServe as primary liaison with the customerManage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitabilityCoordinate daily work for technicians and subcontractors to complete projectsEnsure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidentsQUALIFICATIONSMust be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of timeMust have project management experienceMust have construction backgroundGood customer service skillsMust obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision makingMust be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.Must possess excellent written and verbal skillsWorking knowledge of basic office equipmentMust be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software; Chronicle, Xactimate and others as necessaryMust pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Please go to to apply.
