Location: Desoto, Texas

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Laser Department! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn something new. No prior laser experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. You'll begin by assisting with production tasks such as counting, unpacking, and labeling products. As you become familiar with the process, you'll have the opportunity to train as a Laser Operator.

Responsibilities

• Count, unpack, and label products for production.
• Prepare materials for the laser department.
• Assist with daily production tasks to keep workflow moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Learn laser engraving equipment and processes through hands-on training.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training is provided.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Lift 10–20 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not air conditioned.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
