Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Or Physician AssistantThe Section of General Pediatrics at Dartmouth Health Children's and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Pediatrics Department within our Community Group Division in Bedford and Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to quality patient and family centered care. The ability to practice well as part of a medical team is essential to the success of this role.The role will include some evening hours. The clinic in Manchester is open until 8pm and there is a rotation to cover these hours. Weekends and holidays patients are seen in the DH in Manchester Pediatric location32 hours of face-to-face patient contact time for a 1.0 FTEThis Outpatient practices sees patients for annual physicals, sick visits, and some mental health careThe department is supported by nursing staff, certified medical assistants, receptionists, a resource specialist, and a behavioral health clinicianAssociate providers are supported by the medical home team of physicians for the departmentQualificationsGraduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic programAbility to obtain and maintain a NH licenseRequired Licensure/CertificationsEligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NHEligible for Federal DEA RegistrationBLS certification
