Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and projects within the assigned department.
• Support team members by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports or presentations.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborative discussions to gain exposure to business operations and industry practices.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues across various teams and departments.
• Apply classroom knowledge and problem-solving skills to real-world business challenges.
• Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Utilize company systems, tools, and technology platforms to support business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through written and verbal correspondence.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
• Seek feedback from supervisors and actively participate in learning and development opportunities.
• Present project findings, recommendations, or internship accomplishments to leadership and team members, as applicable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working to meet deadlines with limited supervision
