Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and patient needs, while modifying care plans as necessary based on patient progress.

  • Engaging in discharge planning for patients, ensuring they receive appropriate follow-up and support post-treatment.

  • Acting as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting effective communication among all parties involved in care.

  • Keeping abreast of relevant legal and ethical standards established by the Mental Health Practice Act and complying with programmatic and facility standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base that spans various age groups and cultural backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing heightened stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma. The role demands sensitivity and an understanding of the unique challenges these populations face, especially in the context of remote therapy. Through targeted interventions, you will support clients in navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

  • Valid and current licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
