What You’ll Do:

• Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients in a high-volume setting
• Perform minor procedures including lac repairs, ear irrigations, and other urgent care interventions
• Manage patient care independently as the sole provider at each site
• Maintain excellent soft skills for effective communication with patients and support staff
• Use Epic EMR for charting and documentation after training
• Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Participate in mandatory onboarding and EMR training sessions scheduled on set Wednesdays

What You Need:

• Active North Carolina Medical License and NC DEA license
• Minimum of 12 months’ relevant urgent care experience
• Board certification in PA or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) (BC/NCCPA/NP Boards)
• Ability to handle adult and pediatric patients (6 months+)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (training provided)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and positive attitude
