Shift: Eve 2p - 10p

CMT – Certified Medication Technician Responsibilities:Administer nonparenteral medications safely and accurately under the supervision of licensed nursing staff (RN/LPN).
Follow federal, state, and facility regulations and infection control procedures.
Ensure proper medication storage, documentation, and disposal per facility protocol.
Provide direct resident care , assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and support dietary needs, including feeding and offering substitutes.
Assist in taking and reporting vital signs and promptly notify nursing staff of any abnormalities.
Respond to call lights within 2 minutes and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
Maintain safe usage of safety equipment, transfer devices, and gait belts .
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or assisted living preferred
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize , and work efficiently with residents and staff
