Security Officer Driver Patrol Representative in SUNNYVALE, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This is a driving post. You will respond to security-related concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity at Allied Universal. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.31 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to Allied Universal and site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by observing visitor movement, checking credentials when required, and documenting security-related concerns or policy violations. Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with staff and/or visitors, and completing required logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
