What You’ll Do
• Diagnose repair and maintenance issues and provide effective solutions
• Create and present customer estimates with confidence
• Complete repairs and installations efficiently and professionally
• Perform quality work in areas such as drywall, painting, carpentry, and general home repair
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Manage materials and job-related inventory when needed
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job

What We’re Looking For
• Proven handyman or residential repair experience
• Strong skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Professional-grade tools for a variety of jobs
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders/heights
• Professional appearance and pride in your work

Pay & Benefits
Compensation ranges from $30–$45+ per hour depending on experience, skill level, and productivity.
