If you enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of others, then apply today and join our team of experienced, compassionate, and dedicated professionals.Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking experienced Resident Care Assistants to assist our Program Participants with all aspects of daily living.  Responsibilities:Assist Residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and other activities of daily livingProvide assistance with serving meals and assist residents with eatingProvide Residents assistance in transferring from chair to bed, chair to toilet, ectAssist Residents to and from structured day programmingEncourage participation in; activities, outings, and other programsAssist the therapists with group activities  Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, required3-5 years experience in Caregiving, preferredMust be able to weather the elements, as travel outside from resident apartment on campus to day center is requiredAbility to maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive environment for both team members and participantsAbility to work weekends and holidays as scheduledDemonstrated ability to remain calm in tense and high-pressure situationsProven track record of timeliness and accountability What We Offer:Paid TrainingCompetitive compensation package, including;Medical, vision, and dental coverageGenerous Paid Time Off Shifts: [7a to 3p] [3p to 11p] & [11p to 7a]Shift availability is based on experience #HP
