We are seeking a Cardiac Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced cardiac telemetry environment. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients recovering from a variety of cardiac procedures and conditions while working with a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and coordinate individualized nursing care.
• Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical condition.
• Provide medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to established standards.
• Care for patients recovering from cardiac procedures and surgeries.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of acute-care Cardiac Care RN experience or similar experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Missouri RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
