Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Care Center of Polaris is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused part-time receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy veterinary hospital. Responsibilities Greet clients and pets in a professional and compassionate manner Answer multi-line phone calls and assist clients with questions, scheduling, and appointment requests Check patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, boarding, grooming and daycare services Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and client communications Support veterinary team as needed Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized and welcoming Escalate complex client concerns to appropriate team members Qualifications Minimun of 6+ months of customer service Veterinary or animal experience preferred but not required Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling phone calls, scheduling, and payment processing Compensation and Benefits $16.00-$17.00 Part-time employees are not eligible for healthcare benefits and paid-time off are not available for part-time employees at this time.
