Job Description

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for Equipment Operator in Indiana, PA. Previous experience preferred, but not required.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Operate forklifts including Clamp trucks, Cherry pickers, Hi-Los, and other equipment
Perform moderate - heavy lifting and other physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and building pallets
Utilize order picking systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
Safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist in other warehouse tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is a plus
Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift
Ability to work independently and/or in a group
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Must be comfortable with heights
