Full-Time Landscaper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Landscaper to maintain the curb appeal and safety of our apartment complexes and commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for daily grounds maintenance, seasonal landscaping projects, and ensuring all outdoor areas are clean, welcoming, and well-manicured.

Key Responsibilities

• Grounds Maintenance: Mow, edge, string-trim, and blow off all lawns, walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Property Cleanliness: Daily removal of trash, debris, and pet waste from the grounds and flower beds.
• Lawn & Plant Care: Plant, weed, prune, and trim hedges, trees, shrubs, and flowers to maintain a neat appearance.
• Irrigation & Equipment: Monitor sprinkler systems for leaks and operate standard commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers).
• Seasonal Work: Assist with seasonal plantings, mulch application, and winter weather preparation or snow removal as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional landscaping or groundskeeping experience (commercial or residential property experience preferred).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between assigned property sites.
• Traits: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
