Key responsibilities Schedule qualified in-home appointments through effective communication with potential customers Guide homeowners through the information request process, creating urgency and aligning needs with company capabilities Utilize CRM tools to record interactions and meet performance-based metrics for appointment conversion and customer interaction quality Required qualifications 1-2 years of sales or call center experience with a proven track record of meeting goals High-energy, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding customer expectations Experience in handling objections confidently and effectively Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and receive coaching Reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
