Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, movement quality, patient goals, function, and clinical presentation. Deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered care focused on strength, mobility, balance, pain reduction, performance, and long‑term function. Progress patients safely through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, therapeutic activity, and functional training. Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, recovery timeline, and long‑term wellness. Document patient evaluations, daily visits, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time. Communicate clearly with patients, families, referring providers, support staff, and clinic leadership. Collaborate with clinic team members to support patient outcomes and clinic flow. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional treatment environment. Support clinic growth through strong patient relationships, quality outcomes, and a positive patient experience.
