Job Location Sam's Club #4906 1670 W University Dr Mckinney, TX 75069-3444 Key Responsibilities Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology. Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise. Corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, acknowledges member needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, promotes products, zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, assists members with transporting items, maintains a safe shopping environment, reviews receipts, safeguards assets and property, observes security protocols, maintains required documentation, executes emergency response procedures, ensures compliance with security and safety practices. Assists in training associates on company processes, new technology, tool functionality, and program rollouts. Identifies shrink and damages, maintains policy compliance, implements action plans, uses open door policy, collaborates with managers, coworkers, and customers, prioritizes tasks, communicates progress, recommends improvement opportunities, and adapts to change. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
