Job Description *** This position is TEMP TO PERM within 30 to 90 DAYS! *** Our client is in need of an Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Specialist for their small office located in Carol Stream. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookups Experience using Netsuite or any other SAP/ERP system Strong organizational skills General order entry, order processing, and month‑end closings Assist with answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing general office support Business casual environment office of approximately 20 employees. Health insurance is not available but there is, however, a stipend offered.
