Social Worker (MSW) for Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Performs the work of a social worker (MSW) for residents in a partial hospitalization program (PHP). The partial hospital therapist will be responsible for facilitating partial hospitalization services and assessments as determined by and according to program standards.

Work experience:

Required: current Maryland social worker license in good standing. Valid driver's license.

Licensed clinical social worker LCSW-C, licensed clinical professional counselor LCPC state of Maryland preferred. Will consider licensed masters social worker (LMSW). Required: 2 years post-master's degree. Preferred: 3 or more years. Working knowledge of the DSM 5, psychotherapy, psychodynamics, therapeutic techniques, interviewing skills, family, and group theories and cognitive behavioral theory processes. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with team members. Proficiency with computers and technology to include video conferencing, data entry, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office.
