Basic Job Functions: The basic functions of A/P Clerk will be as follows: (1) Process vendor invoices (2) Ensure timely payments to vendors (3) Maintain all facets of the accounts payable system, including reconciling vendor accounts and month end reports.

- Computer skills - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products
- One year prior accounting experience
- Able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays as business conditions warrant
- Two year Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance or working towards 4 year degree,
- Proficient in MS Dynamics 365
- Kentucky and/or Georgia Sales & Use Tax Knowledge
