You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production floors, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and reporting suspicious activity or policy violations. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
