We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager/Controller to take ownership of our financial operations and help drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making Prepare and oversee accurate financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and insurance providers Monitor and manage company cash flow, forecasting needs and optimizing liquidity Oversee monthly and year-end close processes Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance Maintain and optimize the company's accounting systems and processes Perform variance analysis and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify trends Supervise Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Accounts Receivable functions Why Join ABCO?
