We are seeking an experienced StoreManager to manage our Great Plains-ENID location. Ideally, the successful candidate is a seasoned salesperson with an Agricultural or Construction Equipment background, and who is dedicated to customer service in all aspects of a Dealership, including Sales, Parts and Service, and Equipment Rental. The Great Plains Store Manager oversees the Inside salespersons and is capable of assisting and selling equipment to customers when the other salespersons are helping other customers. The overall responsibility of the Store Manager is to know the pulse of all business segments in the store and to communicate the needs and successes to Coordinators, Analysts and District Managers. The Store manager is highly skilled with technology and can use proprietary software as well as Microsoft and Google products. The Store Manager understands the relationship of Parts, Sales, Service and Rental and is the key to guiding and developing employees and processes among these disciplines. Regular meetings, calls, and reporting drives the communication cadence among business segment Coordinators, Analysts, District Managers and Owners. The Store Manager of the Great Plains Kubota Dealership keeps Parts, Rental, Sales and Service united to deliver the highest possible customer service and profitability. The Store Manager demonstrates personal integrity and a proven sales and management history. Job Scope and Duties- This role will serve surrounding areas. The successful store manager will assist the sales team to source new sales opportunities and will also assist salespersons to close sales. Success in this role requires the Store Manager to sell equipment and to understand market share and will recognizes strategies to grow market share and profits for Parts, Sales, Service and Rental. The Great Plains Store Manager must be a self-starter and possess the maturity to work with little direction and supervision, and is capable of mastering various technology platforms and proprietary business systems. The Great Plains Kubota store Manager possesses outstanding organizational and managerial skills and must meet regular reporting deadlines. The GP Store Manager possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. and develops their staff's performance as service technicians, parts and equipment salespersons, rental team members, service writers, wash-bay and yard coordinators, The Store Manager models exemplary character and behavior.
