Lead Caregiver / CNA / HHAFull-time caregiving role with guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed with Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am-8:00pm availability. Pay range: $20.00-$22.50/hr depending on experience; $800-$900/week at 40 hours before taxes. Greater Philadelphia service area: Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and surrounding communities. This full-time role is designed for calm, dependable care professionals who are comfortable supporting a variety of clients, helping with new client starts, and stepping in when urgent coverage is needed.What You'll Do:Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in their homesAssist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routinesSupport clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needsHelp with new client starts to create a smooth and positive care experienceStep in for urgent or last-minute shift coverage to help prevent gaps in careReview care plans and visit notes to understand each client's needs and preferencesCommunicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and other caregiversProvide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers when neededRequired Experience & Qualifications:5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family, OR active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credentialExperience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life supportCalm, confident, and professional approach in changing or challenging care situationsStrong communication skills with clients, families, office staff, and fellow caregiversComfortable supporting and guiding other caregivers when neededComfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and care documentationBasic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skillsSchedule, Travel & Requirements:Must be available Sunday-Thursday from 8:00am-8:00pm to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hoursReliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homesComfortable working in different Philadelphia-area home environments, including houses, apartments, condos, townhomes, buildings with stairs or elevators, homes with pets, and smoking environmentsAbility to accept shifts on short notice when neededAbility to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal careMust pass background check, drug screening, and required assessmentsPay & Benefits:$20.00-$22.50/hr, depending on experience$800-$900/week before taxes at 40 hours per weekWeekly payOvertime eligibilityMileage reimbursement between client visitsPaid training and ongoing development opportunitiesComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more24/7 support from the Home Instead Care TeamWork Area:This role supports clients in homes across the greater Philadelphia area, including Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and surrounding communities.
