Role The Director of Supply Chain will oversee all purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, demand planning, and inbound logistics to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this on‑site role will be responsible for developing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, managing domestic and international sourcing, overseeing import logistics, and driving inventory strategies that support a fast‑paced production environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within manufacturing, preferably in cabinetry, millwork, furniture, or other wood products, along with expertise in supply chain optimization, vendor management, and transportation logistics.
