If your idea of fun involves blending, fading, and creating great vibes, Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Evanston, IL is the place for you! We're looking for a full-time Cosmetologist – Barber Stylist who's ready to bring the noise, the charm, and the kind of cuts that make people stare ( in a good way ).

You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $30.25 - $49.25/hour.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Active Illinois barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
