About This Role PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager I (Substation) to support substation construction and maintenance projects across our service areas. This is an entry‑level position designed for a motivated college graduate who is ready to learn, travel, and grow within the utility construction industry. The Project Manager I will work closely with experienced project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and clients to help plan, coordinate, and execute substation projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers hands‑on exposure, training, and mentorship to build a strong foundation in project management. Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
